Contact support for product help, account access, privacy requests, and launch feedback.

Get Help

For account access, sync issues, billing questions if paid plans are added later, or help using Svee, contact support by email.

  • Email support@sveeapp.com
  • Include the device, browser, or app version you are using when reporting a bug
  • Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive note contents in support emails

Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, data access requests, correction requests, or deletion follow-up, use the privacy contact.

  • Email privacy@sveeapp.com
  • You can also delete your account from inside Svee where the account deletion feature is available
  • Some backup, security, or legal records may take longer to remove where allowed by law

App Review Access

If you are reviewing Svee for the App Store, use the review notes and demo credentials provided in App Store Connect. Public support is available through the same support email.

  • The public web app sign-in page is available from the app subdomain
  • The privacy policy and terms are available from the public marketing site
  • The iPhone app download link will be updated after the App Store listing is live
